You should be at least 30 pounds over your healthy weight. This program is designed around getting the most out of the initial stages of weight loss. Losing the "last 10 pounds" requires a different strategy.

Finally, this program starts May 5 and lasts 13 weeks, so you shouldn't have any major trips or events planned that will disrupt your progress.

This is a brief overview of what you can expect to see over the course of the 3-month program.
Onboarding begins the week before the official start date of the program, which is time dedicated to preparing you and your coach for the following 12 weeks.
You'll have a few tasks to complete (forms, logs, and measurements) before your Onboarding Call, when you will set clear, actionable goals for the first 4 weeks.

The first 4 weeks of the program are the most important for establishing your new habits and routines. This period will be the most intense and focused, so you'll be meeting with your coach every week to ensure you have all the support you need.

At this point in the program your new routines and habits should be pretty dialed into your week and you should be seeing regular and consistent drops on the scale from your hard work.
This is also when your coach may scale your program up or down based on your progress at the 4-week check-in.

The last 4 weeks of the program we continue to focus on establishing a solid weekly routine that fits your lifestyle, and we start preparing you for life after the program. During your last coaching call (week 12), you and your coach will review your progress and celebrate your results.

* InBody scans are performed at our training studio located in Houston, TX, in the Spring Branch area, and are included in your program if you live close enough to justify the drive.

Obviously, this will depend on a number of variables, but there are 2 ways that we track progress in this program:
Pounds Lost: The more weight you have to lose, the more weight you can sustainably lose per week. 1-2 pounds per week is standard for most people, but if you have more than 100 pounds to lose, you may lose up to 5 pounds per week early on.
% of Weight Lost: Since you will have less weight to lose as you get closer to your target weight this tends to be a better metric for tracking rate of change over time. 0.5%-1% is standard for most people.
This, of course, will also depend on a number of factors but you should start seeing the scale go down in the first 1-2 weeks.
This is highly variable person-to-person, and mostly depends on how much time you want to spend on each task.
This will also change throughout the program, with the expectation that you will spend less time on these tasks each week.
That said, on average you can expect to spend 1-2 hours a week on program-related activities, including your coaching calls, logging your meals and habits, weighing in daily, and completing lessons. So this may end up being closer to 2-3 hours during the first few weeks, and my only be an hour a week towards the end of the program.
If you meal prep on the weekends, that will take another 1-2 hours a week.

With that disclaimer out of the way, you should consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new program. Your coach will work with you to tailor the program to your health needs, ensuring a safe and effective plan that fits within any medical parameters set by your doctors.
You meal plan can be customized to accommodate any food allergies and intolerances, avoiding any problematic foods while still providing balanced nutrition.
Definitely! Your meal plan will will include quick and easy meal prep options, allowing you to minimize time spent in the kitchen while still maintaining balanced, nutritious meals.
Alternatively, you can simply order your meals from a meal prep service, which your coach can integrate into your meal plan.
You can sign up for monthly nutrition coaching anytime of the year, but you won't be able to join the Weight Loss Program until the next enrollment period.
